Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Period:
You may not cancel your dealer membership after purchase. You need to submit request for cancellation.
Cancellation Request:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to agrodeall2023@gmail.com with the subject line "Agrodeall Membership Cancellation Request." Please include your full name, contact information, and application login mobile number in the email.
Cancellation Fee:
If the cancellation is made within the one month after purchase, no cancellation fee will be charged. However, if the cancellation is made after one month, a cancellation fee of [50%] will be applicable.
Refund Policy:
Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds will only be considered for cancellation requests made within the specified cancellation period. Agrodeall canceled after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process:
Once your cancellation request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 5-6 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the application process.
Non-refundable Components:
Certain fees and charges associated with the application process may be non-refundable. These non-refundable components will be clearly communicated to you during the application process.
Refund Notification:
You will receive a notification via email once your refund has been processed. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
